Love love love this robot. Currently using 2 and gifted 3. Only complaint is that it seems to be glitchy. These units are every bit or even better than the better known high end roomba or samsung ones.

This review is more of a reflection on roborocks cuatomer service and the device durability. It is a convenient device that allows us to focus on other tasks rather than constantly cleaning up. The vacuum part is a+ on cleaning.

Mapping sensor is very sensitive. I actually find my self walking around sockless way more.

Many more emails and calls troubleshooting, they want me to send back again at my expense. Once the 6 month warranty expires i read you have to pay $100 in shipping to get it fixed.
