It is really strong when you set it to strong suction,(which is where mine stays. It does a great job on my hardwood floors and also does well on the rugs. Silent mode is very quiet, much more so than a normal home vacuum.

The proof is in the it is full every morning. You can see an overview/map of where the roborock has cleaned. It picks up all the cat fur and litter from the kitties paws too.

Now to get down to the nitty and/or the gritty. The app is somewhat confusing, but i finally managed to get it connected. After the robot from the jetsons) lol.

Called up the warranty. It seems that the left will is not being powered. Many more emails and calls troubleshooting, they want me to send back again at my expense.

The customer support is also bad. Also asked for invoice and s/n of the unit. Very unhappy with this purchase. Not that of a sophisticated robotics company.

It will often and randomly exclaim that it is charging multiple times before pushing itself away from the dock and then continually beeping.

The side brush has no suction. It got lost and decided to mop my carpet. Many incompatible replacement consumable parts out there, specifically brushes.
