Pros

I use it every day and it has made my life so much simpler! Battery life is awesome! First impression is a bit mixed. Other than that, this thing is great! Plus, nice rubberized wheels. No regrets so far.

This unit charges by putting it back into it's wall-mounted cradle. Comes with dust bag support, which is very import for sensitive group of people. All the attachments are magnetic.

Cons

The top lid was not able to twisted to open at all. The warranty department always says that the floor roller and attachments are spare parts so they aren't covered under warranty. After another back and forth * ball, they again ask me to ship it back... Read More
