Pros

It's amazing how methodical and intelligently the robot cleans. The app is excellent. Hassle free, just empty and clean containers when needed.

Cons

The base clogs and i have to manually pull the fir and dirt out after each clean. The roller does not handle anything the size of dog kibble or larger. The app lacks a lot of features and freaks out if you ever decide to move the dock.

This robot is fantastic and was a bargain at $800.

I would spend the money on this, before i bought a dishwasher.

Only negative is the price but it is worth every penny.

Okay, it might be a bit on the pricey side, but trust me, it's worth every penny.

It navigates my home efficiently, picking up dirt and debris with ease.

Edit: roborock sent me a refurbished unit even through i couldn’t pay for a repair or buy just the vacuum.

I packed the vacuum as instructed, shipped it and emailed them the tracking number and ups receipt.

After a few questions they sent me a shipping label, repaired the problem, and it was back home and running in about a week.
