Pros

It does a wonderful job navigating and cleaning carpets. The mapping of the two floors of our house is amazing and this little machine cleans it all. He says it is quieter than his old robot vacuum!

The mapping function is great and it's nice to be able to schedule cleanings while we're away at work. I like the invisible wall feature in the map management such that i feel comfortable to let it clean the floor by the stairs. Another really useful ... Read More

Quality

Nice vacuum, good battery life ,doesn’t suck up wires.

The app, suction power, and batter life are great.

Then a few months later it started getting lost constantly and couldn't even finish a room.

It detects steps and stops itself to prevent falling down stairs (even without the app).

Shipping

I sent the old back in and received the refurbished unit and it is also having the same issues.

I shipped it to them and they repaired it.

Packaging/appearance

I roll my eyes when people talk about packaging but this was so perfect i can't not say so.

Inside packing and placement was so well done it would make an engineer envious.

I've had a few different robovac from other companies, and i like this one the best.

I watched several comparison videos on youtube that this model either won or placed very highly on.

Nothing compares to this dual roller roborock.
