Quality

Because of the smart design, it is very easy to clean and i haven’t had any trouble with my roborock 2 1/2 years.

Love its mapping, the auto clean feature is so nice, it is slightly noisy, cleans great, life changing, took a long time to come

The rug is to thick for the vac to get up on and when we place the vac on the rug, it does not do a very good job.

It mops and vacuums at the same time which is a major feature so its not running all day.

Price

So effectively the discounted price was always the real price.

During the prime days in july, it looked like this unit was on sale at a pretty good discount.

And now looking at it, there is no coupon and the listed price is actually cheaper than what i paid just about a month ago.

I really don't like the pricing games some vendors play on the pricing.

Unpacked this morning, easy to assemble, but the wi-fi would not connect.

Competitiveness

This robot vacuum and mop work very well, better than irobot we had for years.

I did keep it and give it 5 stars because this model is even better at picking up dirt than the q5.

This is our 3rd vacuum and a different brand each time.

So, if you have any deep pile carpet, you might want to consider a different brand!
