Cons

The issue i was having is hair tangles around the roller it came with. Everytime they send it back, it stops working within 6 weeks. Horrible customer service.

The main brush for the roborock s7 is super easy to clean, works great!

I find it just as effective as the original brush that came with the s6 model.

Competitiveness

Overall, i'm happy i took the chance on this brush to use in my older roborock model.

Like most roborock accessories, these do have an inflated price and seems like they could be higher quality and last longer.
