Pros

Roborock is much quieter than the roomba we had. It picks up hair really well, just as well as the neato. It does sometimes pull up the rug a bit, but it makes it over the rug fine and i just fix it after. Held up in a cross country move and learned a... Read More

Using the app is a must to control the machine. It will communicate; it sends me a text when it starts running and another when it's done. The scheduling features are easy to use and work reliably.

Cons

Says it would run over cords and * them and get stuck in the machine. Also says it got tangled up in my high pile carpet.

Competitiveness

I found this roborock as a refurb and based on other reviews decided to give it a try.

Did a little research into the various brands, and this one seemed to be a good option for the price point.

I knew we weren't going to be sweeping or swiffering the floor every day or so, so i decided to invest in a robo-vac.

Originally i had ordered the cheaper eufy but did not like that its path is randomized.
