The only reason i knew to download the wihome app is because i googled it! The company is the one that doesn't care about customers. Maybe it just dries out.

During the initial approbot setup when youre connecting to wifi and trying to add it to the app simply turn off your cellular connection its weird and i dont know why it works but it does
