This is my second robot vacuum/mop but far more expensive than the last one so i expected it to be life changing!
It is an expensive product but i think it's worth it for me to have a cleaner house!
Be advised it goes on a deep discount pretty often to £850 or less.

Competitiveness
Unlike the one from mainland china, it has passed the security and gdpr regulations so i feel more comfortable using this in my home.
I still believe that this a very competitive offer for a top tear robot vacuum.
We pick up any objects such as of toys or bowls that are lying around but the roborock is smart and can negotiate around most things.
5 years - so i’m willing to assume this was just bad luck, but it did highlight that both roborock and amazon were great to deal with.

It cannot see cables though so these need to be out of the way to avoid tangles

It took me a year of fluttering between robot vacs to find one that was good at vacuuming and mopping it was always one or the other and after finding a specific model id find some really biased views that indicated it actually wasnt as good as the review sites led on

However i was pretty annoyed when i bought the roborock s7 ultra max because the lidar was broken from the get go i had a phenomenal agro with amazon getting it returned and replaced they told me to return it and buy a new one even though it was £300 off they said pay the full price and we can refund you the difference later on i would have been £2200 down at that point

Either way i bought a replacement and it worked out of the box i had purposely let me floor get really dirty for 23 days prior dog hair mud dust etc

The initial cleaning effort was good but hindered by low battery so itd do 5 minutes then charge for half hour then id force it out again just so i can tinker with the map

The suction power can be adjusted along with the mopping intensity even left on moderate middle setting my floors are absolutely immaculate i honestly cannot believe it
