Pros

The app suggests you start by scanning a qr code on the vacuum. It's also compatible with alexa which makes it very convenient to control with voice commands.

The automatic emptying of the waste bin sounds like a 747 trapped in a box, but the noise is brief and effective. I suggest getting the bagless canister upgrade.

Quality

I started with a base model for the roborock and liked it so much i upgraded.

It's been a while since i've been this excited about a product.

I returned the unit and actually ordered an s7 maxv with the ultra dock.

So incredibly disappointed considering the reviews are all incredible.

Price

During the 5+ weeks of trying to get this resolved, the price went up considerably.

Shipping

Good product but box and dust bag was damaged in shipping.

Packaging/appearance

The tower dust bin had dirt in it and the packaging had dirt where the machine touched it.

So much happier now that i have a roborock.

The vacuum is a good upgrade over my roborock s5.

After spending $1700 on a top of the line i-robot and returning it, i got a roborock.

Yesterday they opened the package to find an obviously used and filthy machine send by roborock directly.
