This vacuum is so awesome! Saves so much time. Saving $300 is worth the 90 seconds it takes to empty, refill, and do a pad swap. It’s far superior just pulling it out of the box.

This vac is great to help maintain hardwood floors. The way it goes from hard wood floor to carpet and back seamlessly is beautiful. This vac works on hardwood, tile, short pile carpet and area rugs.

Mopping performance is great, both on hard floor and on carpet. It's a bit noisy, but hey, it’s a vacuum.

Cons

Roborock is a scam! The customer service is based out of china! Apparently that’s the only pay platform they have. High price tag for a piece of junk from china.

It now has an error 18. No firmware updates, robot randomly deletes the existing map. Does not respond to factory reset either.

Competitiveness

I’ve had a couple shark vacuums and read/watched a lot of reviews for other brands… this is definitely the best option for my needs.

I researched multiple robot mop/vacuum combo for a while and roborock seemed to always come up as one of the best ones to buy.

I previously had a xiaomi robot that was supposed to do the same job (vaccum + mop) but the difference is crazy!
