Quality
It is a sturdy toy -- he stood in it to be able to climb onto the coffee table (he's not heavy, mind you, but even so).
Only needed to put in 4 screws and it was ready for use!
If it had swivel wheels, i don't think it would provide the support a toddler beginning to walk would need.
The blocks are a nice bonus -- he doesn't play too much with them yet, but that will come.

I didnt find assembly to be an issue everything was there and was easily done

Im not finding that when my grandson gets to a wall he simply turns it around himself and keeps going
