This is not rainbow moonstone. This is labrodorite. The bag i recieved was full of larger, tumbled stones.

Theyre much larger than the maximum 5mm diameter of mt roller bottles so they are unusable to me

I am not a stone expert however i did look up how to identify false tourmaline and the conclusion is that even if your black tourmaline is powdery that doesn’t mean it is fake
