It is simply dishonest to send “whatever’ from the bin and expect a trusting public to believe in what was promised. Returns can only be made at limited locations that are not conveniently located. Very disappointed nya.

The description calls it a puffy heart but it is very thin and flat with hardly any variation in color of the stone itself. The heart i received is a boring, solid gray. The color is more like a milky white.

The red coloring is non-existent in the stone i received. It only has the tiniest speck of red.
