Pros
Slightly different styling than previous pair, but fit just the same. W fits true to size. Width is perfect.
The shoes are very comfortable. No slippage, no rubbing. Good show for custom arch orthotics- because of the removable insole.
Shoes are a delight for a job where i walk most of the day! These shoes fit as good as i wanted them to!
Cons
The shoe's bottom sole constructed of a hard material combined with a thin insole of memory foam made for an uncomfortable wearing experience. A slip-on shoe that doesn't slip on is pretty useless.

Do not get me wrong the shoe is comfortable but at the time i bought the shoe the only other option was a size 11 and i was hesitant to try an exchange

If theyre a smart company theyll stick with success and not go cheap to increase profits because they will lose in the long run and all they would hear along with the return is they dont make them like they used to
