Rockport's shoe size chart is very accurate. Good grip on sole.

Cons
Very disappointed at these cheaply made, defective shoes. Uppers are a very stiff, cardboard like material with zero give. The heel is too wide.

Beautiful quality construction and superior fit and comfort!
These are high quality leather shoes,true to pictures,and fit my spouse like a glove,and look sooo good on him.
I'm sold on rockport quality in a hard way, next i'll be looking at walking shoes and sneakers because i know i can't go wrong.
Price
I don't like to buy shoes without trying them on but the price was attractive on these and i took a chance.

While i would prefer a leather sole as it is perfect for all except very wet weather a thinner rubber sole would be ok
