Rockports are good when he wants a change. Can be worn casually or dressed up. Wear them all day with no fatigue. This fits ok but not exact.

They are adequately waterproof for heavy rain, if you avoid deep pools. I suffer from reynaud's in the winter, but these keep my feet warm and dry.

The soles appear to be a lower quality (read other reviews). The ankle/heel padding is not as robust either. The ankle padding was cut back to ankle back of ankle back.

Super tight on width. But no longer a good shoe for width. Shoe is way over sized for a 10 w. I think it was mislabeled as x_wide.

Feels like glorified cardboard, whereas my old world tour classics from seven, eight years ago were fantastic. They are made to last, not for cushion. Not well cushioned.
