At first my steps were not as smooth as normal--i customarily wear running shoes. Heel is better now. Adjustable to fit my odd sized feet and super comfortable.

Returned to seller and now must wait 30 days for my refund. Buyers beware, do not buy from this seller. Probably made in china. Need to contact rockport.
