Pros
The product was well made. It is very sturdy. These are beautifully made boots.
Im adding a insole to give it a bit more cushion. Feels very comfortable even you up on your feet for whole day.
Cons
The quality of the craftsmanship is poor. Per amazon policy no assistance on refund or replacement. Sort of like $1 shave subscription.
Shoes fit fine except that they have almost zero padding. They also fit weird at the ankle causing my husbands ankles to constantly be irritated.

My dog chewed up my old ones that looked beautiful with the worn leather.
They’re cheap so don’t expect super quality.
He isn't one who usually shows much emotion, but he sounded very happy over the phone.

For that reason i think it's not worth the price.
Packaging/appearance
These fit well and we're comfortable without any break in period, straight out of the box.
The boots were packaged well so this had to occur prior to packaging.

I would recommend getting multiple pairs from a trusted vendor.

If i have a complaint it would be the laces are light and the loops small which makes loosening to put on or to take off a bit of a chore
