Pros
He grinds down the sole and heel material and bonds a newsole and heel to them. Has a removable insole and my orthotics fit really well (good width and height) solid sole. Very durable and soft on feet.
Outlaws by the old lucas games people. Very nice shoes. The tread is also really nice.
Cons

After a few months of daily wear to and from work they wear smooth and are very slippery on wet surfaces to be downright dangerous
