It is difficult to adjust the strap to close on the velcro once it’s on your foot as it’s on the outside heel of your foot

Requires you to either adjust then slide them on and off or try to adjust after you’ve got it on and then you’ve got to twist your foot around or bend like a contortionist to get the strap closed
