Cons your hair does shed like crazy but only for the first month or so when you stop using it you can delelope headaches that are not too horrible but hey as they say 34beauty is pain34 lol

This one is liquid versus the foam

If your issue is all over your scalp the liquid is much easier to work in the foam would be better for spots
