Pros
Rogaine is used to bring nutrients to your hair follicles. I get a slight headache from the product but it’s only mild. Diet is very important as well as using the rogaine to bring those nutrients.
Cons
Once purchased, this item has no refunds. It is really frustrating. If you stop using it, all yhe hair that grew falls out.

Also bloodwork revealed i was very low in iron so started taking iron and hair supplements and eating at least 50g protein a day
