Quality
I was pleasantly surprised by this product.
It works well as both a reflector and as a soft box with the additional front-piece.
Tried a cheaper alternative copy but quality poor so returned and paid extra for this.
, however saying that the quality much more superior, yeah, would buy again, if i had to.
Price
Price is mad but it is a must have.
Packaging/appearance
It is well made and certainly feels firm and solid when attached to the speedlight.
Competitiveness
It is well built compared to some of the cheaper benders.
Bought it to bend light on a neewer flash unit doing macro work in the garden.
Have to say these were brilliant, used two on stands with two speedlites and i could shoot at f11 at 400iso.

After trying the cheaper copy dont consider this to be really overpriced as development costs to initially manufacture would probably be quite high

I cant help but feel that its a little overproved however for what it is hence it loses a star

Strap system is buckle and velcro pulled tight around the base of the flash unit
