Pros
These are a good value and seem to lubricate and moisturize my eyes better than most other drops i have tried. It helps my itchy, dry eyes due to allergies. The product itself is great, soothing, lubricating eye drops.
After the inital 30 seconds of *, they're not bad at all. These are the most cooling out of all of them. Have to say i do like them better albeit they are also much much pricer.
Cons
The expiration date was covered up with a white sticker, and upon peeling it off, i find that the product will soon expire in 5 months. The short expiration date should be declared in the product descriptions, and not be covered up.

Price
The price is great, it cools my eyes and moisturizes as well.
I got three bottles of it for 6 bucks.
We can use this for only 10 months, but the price is reasonable.
It's a low priced item, so it's not worth the hassle of returning, but i do worry about future orders on higher priced items.
Shipping
My problem is that i placed an order for two and only received one.
It also arrived 3 days in advance
I will definitely buy for my relatives & friends.
Packaging/appearance
As mentioned, they definitely do live up to the logo of the lightning bolt on the package.
It was advertised as a pack of 3, but i only received 2.
The packaging is unusual as the photo shows.
Competitiveness
Japanese eye drops and these are the exact same just the american one.
I have tried many, many brands and jolt seems to help the best!
Have dry eyes, these r so much more effective than american brands.
So f paying 1 to 3 dollars more doesn’t matter (to me) because they last 4 times longer than cheaper brands .
