Pros

This bench is perfect as long as you follow the assembly instructions. I am now able to sit about two inches taller, which makes it much easier for short little me to play the piano. It fits the 4 piano books i've been using the most.

Cons

I ordered rpb -500 like new piano bench, amazon send me a rpb- d500 instead, the bench adjustment height did not work.

(not a given, since so many brands manufacture in the same asian factories that other no-name brands use).
