Pros
A very sturdy bookshelf with adjustable bottoms. Better quality than ikea for sure. This is very durable so far.
The instruction booklet is clear and concise. Easy to assemble but note. Beautful, easy to assemble and great quality.
Looks great and solid. Nice shelf. Beau look général. Love it all.
Cons
The shelves should of been put together and stacked in the box ready-made to attach to the frame. Screws wear before even getting tightened.
Very cheaply made. Number stickers difficult to remove and leave an ugly residue. Nothing is square, welds are horrible.

We had a manufacturer defect at the last step of assembly.
It didn't include all the tools and i needed to pull out the drill to screw in all the many.

After prime day discount, item was superb value.
Shipping
This bookshelf arrived quickly and in great condition.
We emailed the company and got a response the same day and are sending out a new one.
Contacted customer service and within 8 hours they had contacted me, and within 48hrs a new shelf was en route.
Packaging/appearance
Came well packaged with no dents or missing parts, straightforward assembly that was easy to do alone.
Love the look, and am very pleased with them :)
Everything was wrapped and had protective sheets between the pieces so nothing was scratched.
I bought it not only for books but also boxes with equipment.
Competitiveness
The lip along the shelves made the difference compared to other shelf unit.
I wish it was longer, but i'll probably just end up buying another one to fill more of the space.
Tough to put together with allen key.

Have an extra set of hands when you build this or some strategically placed stools and some good balance

Id recommend tethering to the wall if you have children or anyone else who might pull it forward
