It was easy to put together if you follow the directions and you can have the top extend left or right

Like others have said when lifting the top be sure to lift from both sides as it can wobble a little

I would give it a solid 5 except it is wobbly when you pull up the top once you get the top up it feels secure but it feels unstable as you pull it up definately use both sides to pull up with

The assembly instructions were very clear and basically a single person job except for the installing the table top where an extra pair of hands were welcome

Only drawer base and top box base could have been litter thicker not strong enough

It comes with a nice screwdriver but you are best off to have a drillimpact to help you put it together as i had family put it together for me and it still took them probably about 3 hours to put together with the aid of the drillimpact
