Pros
Easy to assemble and super functional. Every part is properly numbered and shown in the instructions. Parts are not super heavy and instructions are fairly easy to follow.
The hydraulics for the table lifts all seem very strong. The quality is pretty decent and sturdy (i'd say much better than ikea) it lifts well and doesn't feel wobbly.
I am also suprised with the quality. For the price and what it offeres it works great. This is the best purchase i have ever made. Well made and features are great for the price.
It looks so classy and has multiple uses. Adorable little table. Love the colour.
Cons
The drawers open out on the opposite side of the lift top rather than facing towards the couch where i want them.

For the price i think it's worth it especially if you're short on space and need some multifunctional furniture.
For the price, i don't expect high quality wood.

We didnt want to spend too much money on condo sized furniture since we plan on moving to a bigger space in the next few years but certain things couldnt be avoided

A spare set of hands wouldnt have hurt but a single person can definitely build this if they take their time and follow the instructions closely

Once assembled and in use raising the top should be done while maintaining even pressure on both ends of the table so it will come up level
