They're open and airy and that's the * i'm working toward in this room. Easy to assemble and very sturdy and versatile. Top shelf is strong enough to hold a 40 lbs.

I was also leary of ordering online because the last two items i had purchased locally were scratched and had major imperfections

The bits are harder than the screws and will make a mess out of the head if you’re not careful

I did use a drill to start the power point but once it started to skip i switched to a screw driver

Theyre smaller in real life than in some of the photos so just make sure you make note of the measurements
