Pros
Two people put it together and it will come out evenly balanced. Allows me to keep books handy for my resurch, and a place to keep my video editing equipment. I have a narrow living room that flows through into my dining space.
Cons
Came damaged out the box. Nothing about this is sturdy. Not easy to assemble.
