Love the big drawer’s for xtra storage. The storage is perfect. But the lower drawers work great.

Easy assembly and great quality material. Very clear instructions. No issues with assembly either. Took about half an hour once the kids settled in the front room.

Cons

Bed is not sturdy enough for a pre-teen or teen. The drawers are garbage. They only contain drawers for the bed frames.

Only three out of the seven colors work and maybe half of the modes. The material is thin and cheaply made. The only good thing is that the charger port and light work on it.

The issue is that this seller follows the increasingly popular passive way of not supporting their product. The person you talk to is very nice but can't do anything, and the person who can do something isn't reachable.
