Worked excellent and customer service was top notch. Other than those 2 complaints, am very satisfied.

Cons

It's so frustrating. I only have monitor and laptop in the desk, that's all. Otherwise meh, with materials, etc.

Only way to elevate the right side is to hold it while pushing the up bottom. You need to keep plugging it and pluging it back in for it to even move the slightest inch. Now it is officially stuck on e04 no matter how many times i unplug and reset it.... Read More

We are very satisfied with the product and the customer service!

Then again, the quality from 1-10 is about a 7 to me.

For now i’m not focusing on small details and great quality.

This desk is a solid standing desk at a really good price.

Shipping

Delivery was fast and it assembled pretty straight forward.

Mine came with a cracked corner from shipping and after a few days, the mechanism that raises and lowers the desk broke.

Competitiveness

It's about a hundred dollars lower in price that it's counterparts that my co-workers got.

I think it’s obvious that the cheaper it is, the more they’ll sacrifice it’s quality.

I checked all connections and they are finevery frustrating.

I am now change my rating to full 5-stars.
