It raises and lowers very smoothly. It even has preset * so you won't have to press on the up/down button that long. After contacting customer service i was sent a new cord.
Cons

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this desk for the price.
We are very satisfied with the product and the customer service!
Then again, the quality from 1-10 is about a 7 to me.
The quality is ok as it is constructed from pressed board materials.
Shipping
Mine came with a cracked corner from shipping and after a few days, the mechanism that raises and lowers the desk broke.
Competitiveness
I think it’s obvious that the cheaper it is, the more they’ll sacrifice it’s quality.
I am now change my rating to full 5-stars.

I reached out to rolanstar customer service sent them a video of the issue and they promptly got back to me with instructions on how to fix the issue

The only negative is that it does wobble a bit when i type and its not as sturdy as i expected thats why i gave it 4 out of 5

The wood for the top looks exactly like the picture and is water resistant though i wouldnt want to leave water sitting on it for too long
