Pros

Curved padded palmar bar assists in preventing ulnar deviation of wrist and knuckles while exercising. Allows different levels of strength by the elastic color. I feel that it's construction is sufficient for daily use in strengthening my grip.

Cons

The green and red bands are completely useless. Would work well if the bands were'nt junk. The hooks are so tiny it’s nearly impossible to get the larger bands on.

The moving handle has a grove along the whole front, which causes your fingers to get scraped. There was nothing provided to indicate resupply.
