Pros

Curved padded palmar bar assists in preventing ulnar deviation of wrist and knuckles while exercising. The bands make it easy to add or remove tension &amp.

The hand exerciser was recommended by my o. It's just like the model used in pt so it's perfect for extra hand exercise therapy at home. This is very easy to use and like at the pt clinics.

Cons

The elastic bands needed for this product are of very poor quality. The bands are old and brittle. Every rubber band was cracked and split and broke within fifty exercise reps.
