Both the sauce and puree. Comes out in the * on the side.
It isn’t the sturdiest of machines but if your careful it should be ok. Simple, sturdy and fast. Setup is not bad, could use better instructions.
This device does exactly what i hoped it would do. Updating my review. This strainer works just as good as a victorio.
Producing the most beautiful paste and sauce ever. Easy to clean and sanitize after use. Worth a shelf in my kitchen.

The only thing i wished they had done was to identify that you need to depress the screen onto the shaft and then rotate until it clicks
