It is supposed to be sewn so when it is arranged around the neck the hem is on the inside and it can be seen on the outside

Nice too boxy and neck is too stiff its not my style but may fit others better it fit but not like the picture

However the turtle neck was sewn on with outside seam inside which made the seam show when you turned down the collar
