I could have gone with the large because the collar is a tiny bit too loose but it might be too tight on my chest.

Its hard to get on and off because it isnt stretchy material and hard to get over your head

Usually shirts have a bit of give to get over the head if its a turtleneck or something like that but if you try with this its hard and you hear it popping from the shirt not being made to be put on properly
