Pros
This is one of those products that comes around every now and again that completely exceeds all expectations. Out of the dozen cases i've ordered for my ipads this is by far my favorite.
Pockets for credit cards, business cards and a place to keep a small to medium writing tablet. The stand works perfectly, it has a strap for a stylus, and standard sized sheets of paper fit perfectly in the flap if they are folded in half.
The outter layer holds the inner case by velcro. I love how the pouch where it contains the ipad detaches. I also love that it has a zipper.
This is the best ipad case on the market. You can remove the case to use as a tablet and still have it protected without the bulk.
Cons
Reviewer says case is stiff and clunky. Highly recommend doing your homework before looking for a portfolio like this.

Packaging/appearance
Looked everywhere for a case that had inside flap or pocket and finally found it on amazon.
Competitiveness
This cover replaced a similar one with a broken zipper from a different manufacturer.
After looking at several brands and models in stores and even bringing one home, we had not found what we wanted.
