Pros

It has two heat warm and melt which was immensely helpful when the chocolate started to harden a bit. Keeps it at a great temperature for dipping. Great for melting chocolate.

Cons

If you turn it on high, the bottom gets clumpy from too much heat. The silicone portion is peeling on the outside. Looks like spots of white candy coating on side of base and chocolate candy all along the top edges of the insert.

Very very disappointing. Broke after 2 months. Media could not be loaded. Now that's it's been months i doubt i can get an exchange or refund.

The price is expensive but the value, when considering the time it has saved me, is worth every penny

As for value to price, i think it's a bit overpriced for the quality.

A little expensive i feel for a plastic gadget but i plan on using it several times a year to make it worth it.

We’ve had other brands of a similar product and this by far is the best!

Worked exactly as the original wilton's one and is basically the same thing but at a better price.
