Pros

I use these where my acupuncturist recommends. Very effective for pain relief and so affordable compared to acupuncture. Especially helpful for spouses who are not confident in locating the points.

These beads stay on very well, up to a week. The adhesive lasts a long while, too. These seeds stick very well even on oily skin.

Cons

The seed literally falls off because there is no adhesion. This section of my ears is itchy, very dry, and noticeably red. They are made in china and have no adhesive and do not stick.
