Quality

After receiving this and putting it together i can say the metal is pretty sturdy and quality is worth it.

I do recommend this 12 rack though very nice product.

I'm assuming it has to do with the adjustment of the rack depth.

Instructions could have been better - otherwise the build quality seems to be good.

Price

Cage nut system is well worth the cost difference vs.

I bought a used one because the price was so good.

Shipping

It was shipped in its own box (no outer box), which is too flimsy as a shipping box for something so heavy.

They will ship me a new one and i will use the shipping label to return what isn't needed.

Its 50 pounds of metal inside a box with nothing to hold the box together, resulting in some scratches in shipping.

Packaging/appearance

(big driver in the 4 star rating, better packaging to prevent shipping damage would get it 5)it doesn't have wheels.

Aside from the minor cons below, the only issue was that the packaging was poor, and nearly burst open.

A better fit then other 12u racks on amazon.
