Pros

These things are awesome. Will take some time to get used to. The fan is on the bottom so in order to prevent the overheating, it’s best to put it on top of a rack as in my picture. Easy to wipe down button.

It has a handle on it, for maneuverability. Induction heats the pan fast; like less than 1 minute and your frying away. It saves me on having to go refill my propane tanks.

Cons

The temperature increments are 50f, not 25f as others, meaning less control. Setting auto shutoff is also very tedious and it lacks preprogrammed settings.

The bowl that comes with it is an incredibly thin, stamped, cheap ferritic stainless steel. None of our regular pans are compatible. I fear this thing would heat it out of control and melt the lining off.

It seems to reverberate in its loudness. I bet people from down the street could hear this thing beep. The electrical diagrams on the pcb show no signs of the location of whatever causing the sound.
