Pros

Good price for mount with a fan versus no fan. Great caddy. Works fine. For five bucks it does its job.

Wanted to insure the area cool and expensive ssd preserved. Great ssd mount. Screws are always a problem, but no major serious issue.

The fan takes up one drive slot, but can be moved underneath the tray. Keeps it real cool,protects the hardware. If you can prevent the drive from warming up to that point then it should continue to maintain its peak performance.

Cons

Fan is loud and flimsy. I still use it but the fan is now unplugged.

The e-coat they put on it though can interfere with the threading on the mount points.
