Pros

Put the veggies in and set the timer. Put the longest cooking time veggies on the bottom, less timed ones on the upper ones. The timer works well. The basic dial instead of and electronic panel makes sense for longevity.

The 3 well built-baskets are numbered for a logical sequence. These also give me extra colanders to use. The oval shape means even a loaf pan can be used inside a tray.

Cooks marinated chicken and brown rice to perfection. Steamed veggies are great just throw buns in for a minute snd it’s like going to fav hot dog lunch vender!

Cons

The food is overcooked and ruined. The unit has a problem coordinating the timer and the water. The heating unit keeps itself hot, turns ugly brown, and melts the cylinder surrounding it.

It is cheaply made. I'm concerned this could contaminate the food. Cheap flimsy junk.

The ink or what ever they use apparently isn't waterproof and you can literally wipe it off work your finger. The button design is bad. I assume i got a lemon.

Very happy with the quality for the price.

It is easy to use and easy to clean though i'm doing the maintenance thing now with the vinegar to keep it extra clean.

The cleaning directions differ from other steamers i've owned and seem to optimize the lifespan of this product.

And the basic dial instead of and electronic panel makes sense for longevity.
