Most of my breads come out slightly overcooked and the only way i have found to solve this is to get a time to remind me to turn off the machine about 20 minutes before it thinks the cycle should end

I would like to be able to have the machine work while i am not there or while im asleep but if i do that it comes out overdone

So i modified the whole wheat bread recipe in the book that comes with the machine as follows for a 2 lb loaf2 cups bread flour2 cups whole wheat flour13 cup whole oats2 teaspoons honeydry yeast as per recipewater as per recipebutter per recipei did not use the wheat gluten or dried milk ingredients

I used the whole wheat setting for a longer rise time but it wasnt necessary because it rose all the way to the lid

Kind of disappointed in this but not because its a particularly bad bread maker
