Pros

Love my results in these simple counter-top ovens for years. No others are also digital which is an outstanding feature.

Cons

They of course honor their warranty but require you to pay for return shipping which is approximately the same cost as a purchasing a new one so not worth the hassle.

Despite having digital controls, they are extremely limited. It only increments by 25 degree jumps. The halogen bulb (heat lamp) just die, and you have yourself a flower pot! This thing is *!

My only regret was i should have went with the digital version.

I found a small grille at the dollar store and put that on top of the rosewill grille that came with the product.

Otherwise, i am happy with the even heating and digital controls.

Price

Decided to stick with this model/brand since i felt 4 years was pretty legit for the price i paid.

Competitiveness

I used to have a nuwave oven until it finally died after 4 years.

I bought a new nuwave oven that looks like a microwave since the dome version is not available.
