The microphone works regardless of whether the switch is on or off. Speech is clear and easy to understand for your teammates in a game. The mic sometimes is a bit glitchy for me, mostly when i first started using them.

It seems to be made very well, and it was easy to hook up and get going. The sound is good, not great once you flatten it. Impressive build quality and i am clumsy with peripherals.

Audio quality is great. The audio is slightly unbalanced, but it doesn't spoil the spatial sense in most games. The separate y adapter allows for use in both situations.

Allaround pretty decent however if you use the software to make the lights change you can hear faint electrical noise from the illumination circuits

I had difficulty getting the mic to work initially believing it to be dead on arrival

Headset itself is largely comfortable although it is rather loose around the sides of the head leaving more pressure on the top of the head
